Rates & Logistics

Here are the basic logistics so you know what to expect:
  • Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes

  • The fee is $180 per session

  • Sessions are available in-person in Los Feliz or via secure telehealth across California

  • I am an out-of-network provider, but I can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement through PPO plans

  • Limited sliding-scale spots may be available when appropriate

If you’re unsure whether this is a fit, a brief consultation can help clarify next steps.

FAQs

What if I don't know what exactly I want to work on?

That's common, don't worry. We start with what's present and clarify direction together. You don't need a perfectly formed goal to begin.

Is therapy structured or open-ended?

Both. Sessions have direction and containment, but we don't force a rigid agenda. Structure exists to support depth, not limit it.

What should I expect from the first session?

The first session is about orientation: understanding what brings you in, how you tend to cope, and what support might look like. There's no expectation to perform or "get it right."

Do you offer telehealth or in-person therapy?

Both. Sessions can be held in my Los-Feliz office or through secure video. Many clients alternate depending on their needs.

Do you accept insurance?

I'm an out-of-network provider and don't bill insurance directly. This allows therapy to stay more private and flexible, without the diagnostic requirements or treatment limitations insurance companies can sometimes impose. If you have a PPO plan, I can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement.

Do you only work with neurodivergent clients?

No. My work is centered on people whose inner experience doesn't respond well to conventional therapy structures. Many of those clients are neurodivergent. Others are neurotypical but have always felt misfit, over-pathologized, or constrained by traditional approaches.
