What if I don't know what exactly I want to work on?
That's common, don't worry. We start with what's present and clarify direction together. You don't need a perfectly formed goal to begin.
Is therapy structured or open-ended?
Both. Sessions have direction and containment, but we don't force a rigid agenda. Structure exists to support depth, not limit it.
What should I expect from the first session?
The first session is about orientation: understanding what brings you in, how you tend to cope, and what support might look like. There's no expectation to perform or "get it right."
Do you only work with neurodivergent clients?
No. My work is centered on people whose inner experience doesn't respond well to conventional therapy structures. Many of those clients are neurodivergent. Others are neurotypical but have always felt misfit, over-pathologized, or constrained by approaches that prioritize compliance over understanding.
